Location. Cradle Mountain Wilderness Village is located on the edge of Cradle Mountain/Lake St. Clair National Park in Cradle Mountain, Australia, two kilometers from Devil's Cradle. Hotel Features. Cradle Mountain Wilderness Village's free- standing cottages occupy a secluded, forested bush land setting inhabited by a variety of wildlife and many species of plant life found only in the park vicinity. Abundant wildlife is likely to be spotted, including wallabies, wombats, pademelons (small kangaroo-like animals), ravens and currawongs, which closely resemble ravens.
